("Kordo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Kordo platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, AI agents, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service facilitates introductions and connections between users. Kordo does not guarantee any particular outcome from these connections, and any agreements, transactions, or relationships that result from agent interactions are solely between the involved users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@kordo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
Phone number verification is required for account activation. Your phone number serves as your primary communication channel with your agent and the Kordo platform.
Your AI agent is a central feature of the Service. You understand and agree that:
You may post listings, share information, upload photos, and create other content through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:
By posting User Content, you grant Kordo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent your content was shared with other users through agent conversations (which those users may retain).
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.
Kordo facilitates introductions and connections between users, but is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or relationship between users. You understand that:
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, AI models, agent system prompts, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Kordo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Kordo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Kordo, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service, subject to the license granted in Section 4.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, or content. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Service uses third-party AI models for agent reasoning. While we select these providers carefully, we do not control their underlying technology and cannot guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
You acknowledge that AI technology is inherently imperfect and that agent behavior may be unpredictable. You use the Service and rely on agent output at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KORDO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KORDO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO KORDO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Kordo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kordo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (e) any transaction or interaction between you and another user.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service or by contacting us at support@kordo.ai. Upon account deletion, your profile, agent data, and listings will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, extended periods of inactivity, or upon request by law enforcement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the Service, via SMS, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
